Hi, I’m Riddhima Shelat,

I’m an experienced design leader and practitioner with a track record of 15+ years of taking projects from strategy to launch.

At Gro Intelligence, I lead a 10-person team of Product, Data Visualization, and Marketing Designers, and User Researchers to deliver thoughtfully crafted ag and climate analytics and products. As a design leader, I am focused on bridging gaps between Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering teams

Previously, at Fidelity, I created digital security products and experiences, helped frame the right client conversation for the wealth management team; Incrementally added features to Fidelity’s trading platform (ATP); and Co-led the design of online forms for account changes.

Prior to  Fidelity, I created customer experiences on Chase.com and JPMorgan.com; and led the experience strategy for Infragistics's marketing site – Infragistics.com.

Outside of work, you can find me dabbling with different art forms (Kintsugi has my steady attention at the moment) or at my local Girls Who Code Club - coding mazes in Scratch with third graders.
